• Myofascial Release / CST I - Foundations
(Pre-requisites: Massage I or equivalent)

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a therapeutic treatment utilising a gentle form of stretching the connective tissue. It produces a profound healing effect upon the body tissues, eliminating pain, restoring motion and releasing patterns of stress. Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a holistic healing practice that uses very light touching to balance the craniosacral system in the body, which includes the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues of the cranium and spinal area. Both methods combine well to treat a variety of conditions such as:

Acute pain & chronic pain
Sciatica
Cervical pain and dysfunction
Restriction of motion
Temporomandibular problems
Spinal curvatures

• Myofascial Release / CST II - Unwinding
(Pre-requisites: Myofascial/CST I)

This seminar will enhance your skill level and sensitivity to address client’s emotional and physical releases. Persistent pain or structural dysfunction are often perpetuated by holding or bracing patterns. Learn protocols to release these energetic patterns.

 

• Myofascial Release / CST III - The Neck and Jaw
(Pre-requisites: Myofascial/CST I)

Demonstrates advanced techniques, especially for the hard palate and cranial constrictions. Concepts of the relationship between physical and emotional patterns are demonstrated regarding the jaw and neck. More cranial-sacral therapy techniques are introduced. The seminar will show you how to treat conditions such as chronic whiplash, headaches and more! Treatment of TMJ syndrome is critical to success in treating many musculo-skeletal complaints.

 

• Myofascial Release / CST IV - Structural Integration
(Pre-requisites: MFR/CST III and Massage II)

Details the concepts and techniques of using the osseous structures as levers to effect release of fascia. Upper and lower body techniques and advanced cranialsacral therapy techniques demonstrated. • Cranio Sacral V - Cranial Anatomy
(Pre-requisites: MFR/CST III, Anatomy and Physiology)

Relate technique to structure as you learn about the cranial system. Improve your understanding and visualisation of the cranio sacral system. Taught by Paul Doney, Cranial Anatomist.

• Cranio Sacral VI - Cranial Protocols

• Cranio Sacral VII - Advanced Cranial Protocols

• Aromatherapy - The Essentials
(Pre-requisites:None. Massage I preferred)

This subject will introduce the science of Aromatherapy and provide a foundation for using essential oils in a clinic. The connections between other healing modalities useful to an Aromatherapist such as massage, acupressure and reflexology to treat mind, body and spirit will be discussed. Upon completion you will be able to immediately use essential oils for your clinic. This subject covers:

History of essential oils use
