This program is designed to build a strong, comprehensive foundation in the fundamental massage skills. Through demonstration and practice you will be taught centering practices and experiential awareness exercises as well as effective manual strokes to release tension patterns. You will enjoy a supportive environment that fosters creativity, ease of learning and excellent body mechanics.
Upon completion, you will be prepared to care for clients who present issues related to stress and postural imbalances. Your program can start with Massage 1 and progress through each of the other subjects, providing layers of experience for clinical practice.
